My name is Antony Johnson and I have been a Governor at the school since 2016. In 2017, I was elected to be Chair of Governors and I also sit on the Resources committee.
I am a professional engineer and run my own building services company which enables me to bring my expertise to the school.
My two children both attended Warren Road and both enjoyed all that the School has to offer. I hope to bring a great deal of drive and enthusiasm to the role of Chair, and will strive to help maintain the school’s high standards, whilst still always looking to move forwards.
My name is Paula Reddin and I am a member appointed governor, having finished a 4 year term as a parent governor. I have recently focussed on the science curriculum, health and safety and pupil assessment. I am currently one of the two Vice Chairs of the governing body and I also chair the School and Community Development committee.
My professional training is in the health and safety industry, in particular building water services.
Since my two children started at Warren Road, I have been involved with the PTA and with the school generally as a parent helper.
I’m Richard Hulme and I was elected as a parent governor in March 2014 and became an appointed governor in 2019. I currently serve on both the School and Community Development and Teaching and Learning committees. I am also the lead Governor for SEND.
I work in change management in the Civil Service and have had both legal and digital transformation roles. I endeavor to bring my analytical skills to Governors’ Meetings to help further continuous improvement. I have a passion for inclusion and diversity throughout our school community and very much want to help deliver the best possible educational outcomes for all children.
I have had three children go through the school: two now in secondary school, and my youngest in year 6. I have been an active member of the PTA then governing body since 2008 and enjoy being a part of the fund raising events and improving the opportunities available for our children.
My name is Dave Williams, aged 69. I have lived 5 minutes walk from Warren Road for 34 years. I am a former PE teacher who worked in Bromley for 22 years. My sons attended primary and secondary school in Bromley. My close association with Warren Road began in 2012 as a cricket coach and extended to running the extra-curricula activities programme, and assisting on school journeys.
I am currently chairman of Bromley Common Cricket Club and still captain the 4th team. My other interests include cycling, history, reading and conservation.
My name is Fadzayi Musanhu and I was appointed as a governor in November 2012.
I am originally from Zimbabwe, and I have been living in the UK for over 10 years. My background is in accounting and finance, and I currently work in corporate finance for an accounting firm in London.
I have a daughter at the school and, as a working parent, I was looking for a way to get more involved in her education, and volunteer my time and skills to the school.
My name is Haibin Yu and I have been a governor at Warren Road for nearly 8 years. I am currently in the Resource committee although I have been on all other committees as well in the past.
My background is in information technology, and I have worked for various international financial institutions in the city for nearly 20 years. My experience allows me to help the school in a strategic way especially in the ICT related field.
I have two boys, one at Warren Road, the older one has just moved to a secondary school. I very much enjoy giving back to the community and help the school sustain its outstanding status.
My name is Natasha Charles-Lewis and I was elected to be one of the Vice Chair of Governors in 2017; I also sit on the Resources committee.
I am a Chartered Accountant by profession, currently working for a private hospital in Central London. Prior to this role I worked within the Public and Charitable Sector.
I have two sons at Warren Road Primary School and am honored to be part of the school’s governing body. I look forward to working with the staff and fellow governors in shaping a successful future for all pupils.

My name is Joanne Salacinski and I was appointed a Parent Governor in June 2017 and am a member of the School Development committee.
I am a commercial, Business Development Manager, working in the utilities sector. I bring commercial understanding and analytical experience to my role as a governor.
I have two sons, one aged 5 and currently in Year one, the other aged 2 who will hopefully join Warren Road in September 2019.
My name is Guang Yang and I was elected as a parent governor role in March 2020.
I’m originally from China and have stayed in the UK for almost 20 years now. I am a Chartered Accountant by profession and am currently working in an Asset Management company on a governance-related role. My previous experience involves internal and external audit and corporate finance.
I have two kids. I am very keen to be part of my children’s education. Coming from a different education background, I’m eager to understand more about the education system here and hopefully providing some fresh perspectives.
My name is Milena Cooper and I was appointed a Parent Governor in March 2020. I currently serve on the Finance, Audit & Resources Committee.
I work as a Research Operations Director for a FTSE-listed technology company. I manage the company’s relationships with its main suppliers and create value through efficiencies. Balancing multiple stakeholder interests and resolving complex problems are key parts of my job. I am a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
I have two children. My son is currently in Reception and my daughter will hopefully be joining the school in 2021.
I am passionate about education. I count myself fortunate in that my parents worked hard to give me a good education, which has been central to the life chances that I have had. I am determined to do the same for my children, and for all the children at Warren Road Primary School.
My name is Sarah Palmer and I was appointed a Staff Governor in June 2017 and am a member of the Teaching and Learning committee.
I am currently acting Headteacher at Warren Road, and hope to bring my experience in the classroom, and as Head of Maths, into this role.
Since starting work at Warren Road in September 2001, I have always been extremely happy here and am pleased to have been elected to sit on the Governing Body. I look forward to working within this team and building on the successes that already exist.
My name is Carolyn Williams and I have been a staff governor at Warren Road since summer 2013. I am a member of the Teaching and Learning committee.
I am currently Head of Year 3 at Warren Road, and hope to bring my experience in the classroom, and as Phonics and Spelling Lead, into this role. In addition, having taught in both Early Years and Year 1, I hope to bring my expertise in understanding early learning goals and phonetic development through KS1.
